In order to use Ozeki Agent Dialler, you need an Ozeki Phone System XE installed on your PC. Installation is really quick and easy, just follow this step-by-step video guide.
After you have installed our software PBX successfully, you need to connect some outsides lines and extensions.
For using Ozeki Agent Dialler, you need to install an API Extension that can be used to accept a client connecting through the Ozeki Phone System XE API. By using the API, you can easily improve your call centre. Watch the following video guide that presents how to install the API extension quickly.
The following video tutorial demonstrates how to install any of the Ozeki Example Projects in less than 5 minutes. The video uses the example of Ozeki Broadcast By Phone, however the steps are exactly the same in case of all Example Projects. Take a look at the video and install Ozeki Agent Dialler now.

After you have launched the program, you need to click on the 'Settings' menu item. Please select one or more agents from the list of your office users, then specify the ID of the API Extension that has been created previously in Ozeki Phone System XE (Figure 1).
